These terms apply to every purchase from otunnels.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping & payment and Returns & refunds policies.

Our products

Our ear tunnels and plugs are designed and finished by hand in our workshop from ISO 10993-certified, medical-grade resin. Because every pair is handmade, small variations in color, pattern and finish from the product photos are normal and are not a defect. Colors may also look different depending on your screen.

Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and us is formed when that confirmation is sent. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item cannot be made, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

You are responsible for choosing the right size and for giving a correct shipping address.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer, as described in our Shipping & payment policy. Payment is taken in full when you place the order, by card or Klarna, processed by Stripe.

Production and delivery

Items are made by hand to order. Standard production takes 3–4 weeks from order confirmation and payment, and international delivery usually 1–4 weeks more — see our Shipping & payment policy. These times are estimates; your statutory rights if agreed delivery times are not met remain unaffected. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Custom orders

For custom designs, the design, price and timeline are agreed with you in writing before we start. Production begins after you approve the design and pay. Custom items cannot be returned except for defects.

Returns and complaints

Our Returns & refunds policy explains how we handle defective, damaged, wrong or lost items, order cancellations, and the statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK customers. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to goods that conform to the contract.

Safe use

Ear stretching should be gradual. Only wear jewelry in a fully healed piercing, clean it regularly, and stop wearing it and consult a professional piercer or a doctor if you notice pain, swelling or irritation. Our products are not intended for fresh piercings.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and texts on this site belong to OTUNNELS. Please do not copy or reproduce them without our permission.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or for business losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for defective products.

Governing law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
