Every pair of OTUNNELS tunnels and plugs is made to order by hand, and we ship worldwide.

Where we ship from

Orders to the United States ship from our warehouse in the US. Orders to all other countries ship through our logistics center in Poland. The carrier is chosen according to the destination country and the available shipping routes.

Production time

Every OTUNNELS piece is made by hand after you place your order. Standard production takes 3–4 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed and paid. Once it is finished, your order is handed to the carrier. If an order contains several items, they ship together once the whole order is ready.

Complex custom orders — for example those that need a unique 3D model or design approval — can take longer. If so, we will let you know.

Shipping rates

• United States — free shipping on every order.
• All other countries — flat rate of $15 per order.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

After dispatch, international delivery usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and the carriers. Orders to the United States are delivered by USPS; other destinations by Poczta Polska or DHL.

In total, it usually takes 4–8 weeks from placing your order to receiving it. All times are estimates; your statutory rights if agreed delivery times are not met remain unaffected.

Tracking your order

The day your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow every stage — placed, in production, shipped — on the Track order page with your order number and email, or in My account if you have one.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any import duties, customs fees and taxes charged when the goods enter the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. OTUNNELS does not collect or pay these import charges on the buyer’s behalf. The amount of any additional charges is set by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying any required import charges and for providing information requested by customs. This does not release OTUNNELS from tax obligations that the law places directly on the seller.

Address and delivery problems

The buyer is responsible for giving a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order ships and we will correct it.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address given by the buyer was incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery is at the buyer’s expense. The same applies if the buyer does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s deadline or refuses delivery without a legal reason. If the error was ours, we re-ship free of charge. If re-delivery is not possible, we agree the next steps with you individually, in line with your consumer rights.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) and Klarna. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken when you place the order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s own terms apply to the payment plan.

Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in USD.
